Conference Rooms & Facilities
The Viles Arboretum grounds, as well as the Visitor's Center with its two multifunctional meeting rooms, are available year round for meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions, family reunions, and other special events. Click the following links to learn more about these facilities.
Facilities may be rented for a full weekday, half weekday, weekday evening or weekend day. Evening rates are normally the same as full day rates. Janitorial/Security coverage costs may be added to evening rates and will be added to weekend rates as necessary. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Payment in full is expected at the time reservations are confirmed unless other arrangements have been made. Full refunds will be given if notice of cancellation is recieved by the Arboretum 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled event or meeting date.
